Military Bases

Tully Rinckey PLLC is a multistate law firm founded by veterans who are devoted to defending the rights of service members anywhere around the globe. Our attorneys have a combined 50 years of experience in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps and our founding partner is the only known civilian attorney to currently serve in the Army Reserves as a lieutenant colonel.

We know first-hand the unique challenges service members face in their daily lives and in civilian and military courts. We can provide legal services for the following: AWOL/military deserter; positive urinalysis; court martial/USMJ representation; Article 15/nonjudicial punishment; Article 32 proceedings; correction of military records; military-related mesothelioma, general officer representation; ROTC and military academy enrollment; and security clearance representation.

Our military law attorneys, who have all held high-ranking officer positions, can consult with service members in person or via telephone or Skype. Tully Rinckey PLLC has represented service members based at military installations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. We are capable of representing clients via video teleconferencing, when applicable.
