David A. Fallon, Esq.
Associate
David is an associate at Tully Rinckey. He focuses his practice areas on USERRA, Military Leave and Federal Employment Law issues.
David earned his juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. As a law student, David worked as a law clerk for a well-respected employment law firm in New York City. He also interned with MFY Legal Services in their Workplace Justice Project where he argued in administrative hearings before the New York State Department of Labor and the New York State Department of State. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, he was a post-graduate fellow at the National Employment Law Project where he helped research, develop, and implement employment-related policies and legislation.
David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, where he majored in political science and minored in music. A native of the Capital Region, David resides in Chatham. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball and hiking with his dog, Landry.
